ข้าพเจ้าเริ่มก่อตั้งร้านอาหารบ้านแม่ (MOTHER HOUSE) ด้วยความยากลำบากแต่ด้วยใจรัก ด้านบริการ และคุณแม่ที่สิ้นบุญไปแล้วเป็นแม่ครัวใหญ่ได้มอบวิชาความรู้ ในการทำอาหารรสชาติดั้งเดิม ประกอบกับข้าพเจ้า ได้เคยทำงานด้านบริการที่โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในโลก โรงแรมโอเรียลเต็ลแมนดาริน แบงค็อก (Oriental Mandarin Bangkok) มายาวนานถึง 20 ปี ส่งผลให้มีลูกค้าประจำที่ประทับใจในงาน บริการตามมาให้กำลังใจและใช้บริการที่ร้านอาหารเป็นจำนวนมาก

          นับเป็นเวลา 11 ปีแล้ว   จากการเริ่มต้นหาดอ่าวนาง   เมื่อวันที่ 4 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2540   8 ปีที่อ่าวนาง จวบจนย้ายมาเริ่มต้นที่หาดคลองม่วง   จนขึ้นปีที่ 3 แล้ว   วิถีทางของร้านอาหารมาเธอร์เฮาส์   ต้องผจญกับ วิกฤตเศรษฐกิจและการเมืองต่างๆมากมาย   ก็จะมีเพื่อนทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติคอยช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลร้าน อาหารมาเธอร์เฮาส์ให้ยืนอยู่ได้จนถึงปัจจุบันนี้

          สุดท้ายข้าพเจ้าและครอบครัว   ขอขอบคุณผู้มีอุปการะทุกท่านและขอสัญญาว่า   จะพัฒนาและ ปรับปรุงให้ร้านอาหารมาเธอร์เฮาส์เป็นร้านอาหารที่ดีและมีคุณภาพต่อไป

          Mother House was established original in Aonang.11 years ago, I have passed through bad times and tons of obstacle. But those never do me give up. As the real Thai traditional cooking skills obtained from my mother is like the biggest commitment of my life. Cause they are so valued the recipe that make. I must be ambassador after my mother to. The world realize why authentic thai food has been world renouned.

          And from my side I worked 20 years at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel Bangkok. So great service mind is what I have got in blood . I’m so grateful to those Oriental Hotel’s repeated guest and friends who keep coming back to visit me at the Mother House. Every single year.See you again and again then at Mother House.
